For years, the Democrat-controlled congress raised deficits and regulations under Obama. Once Americans had enough and handed both the Senate and the House back to the GOP, Obama vetoed several Republican attempts to balance the budget and put the nation back on economic track once again.
After a high-profile government shutdown, and threats of several more, the Democrats seem to have won. Despite their minority status in both legislative chambers, they continue to cripple the nation’s economy and run up the county’s deficits with reckless abandon.
Economists have long warned that the increased spending across the board would soon have consequences. This week, their warnings have begun to come true.
Of course, it isn’t the government that’s suffering. It’s everyday Americans.

I am a savvy, single, college-educated, independent woman, and I do not vote based on gender. I have been on board the Trump Train since the day he announced. It has been one hell of a journey for him and for those of us who love and support him. I am sorry for all of the attacks Mr. Trump has been suffering on behalf of me and all Americans, and I thank him from the bottom of my heart. He could have stayed sheltered in his gorgeous penthouse, living in luxury, spending his days doing work he loves, and never looking down from his tower in the sky. But he saw firsthand how the wealthy buy future favors by making huge donations to politicians; he knows all about it because he was part of the system! He also saw the corruption, endless debt, years of bad trade deals, terrorism, complicated/unfair tax codes, and other problems in government, and he felt drawn to help his country.
I do not think that Mr. Trump really knew how stressful and ugly it would get in the political trenches when he announced in June 2015. He has been through plenty of battles this past almost one-and-a-half years, with not only a host of Republican rivals, but also the corrupt media, and the crooked Clinton Machine. In spite of it all, he has not only survived, he has thrived! He has flown around in Trumpforce-1 for days on end, meeting folks from across America, becoming a changed man after being touched by the stories, the struggles, and the hopes of the people who have placed their faith in him. I am praying for Mr. Trump, that God will protect him. I know that The Donald will be fine no matter what the outcome of this race for the presidency. It would almost be better for him if he did lose! Yet, in spite of the Never-Trumpers and naysayers who are too willing to throw in the towel, Trump fights on. I like that in a president.
As for me? I am an Irredeemable, Adorable, Deplorable Redneck. I wear Trump hat and a t-shirt every time I go somewhere lately that says “TRUMP NEVER QUITS”. I figure since he will not quit us, I will not quit him. I will be at my voting house on Election Day because I just cannot imagine a future without Trump at the helm. Hillary’s World is a future I do not want to imagine.
