Sounds like what Comey did for Detroit. He was the Mayor (Democratic) and sold all of the Police Cruisers, and other Emergency vehicles as well as what-ever else he could and instead of putting that money back into the City’s account, He pocketed it, driving Detroit into Bankruptcy. Obama’s current actions seem to mirror or copy that same behavior.
