Netflix announced earlier this month that it will partner with former President Barack Obama and wife Michelle to develop original content, providing the couple with a global platform after their departure from the White House.
“President Barack Obama and Michelle Obama have entered into a multi-year agreement to produce films and series for the streaming platform, potentially including scripted series, unscripted series, docu-series, documentaries, and features,” Netflix said in a statement.

Netflix is certainly going further down the liberal rabbit hole. Around 100 days before Election Day in 2016, they added the movie “Funny or Die Presents: Donald Trump's The Art of the Deal: The Movie,” which is a satirical piece based on Donald Trump's famous book. The film features a star-studded liberal line up, including Johnny Depp, who plays the lead role as Donald Trump. I have never watched the film, but Jason Russell from the Washington Examiner says that it “depicts Trump as a racist buffoon.”
