In Obama’s diatribe delivered on atrocities committed in the name of religion, our President tried to state that “People committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ,” during the Crusades.
Just like other Muslims confronted about jihad, Obama is quick to cite the crusades as one of Christianity’s black marks and the reason for hostilities between Christianity and Islam. This is, like most of what comes out of BO’s mouth, is completely fabricated garbage.
Unknown to many ignorant infidels, the crusades were actually carried out as a defensive measure against Islamic jihad, not because they were somehow imperialistic.

Look… don’t make excuses or twist history. Yes, Christians did some horrendous things, IMO mostly on the Catholic side… And the puritans surely loved calling people witches when they wanted their land, and conducting the tests and tortures and executions…. There were a lot of cruelties all over the world… But that was long ago, and this is now…. Islam refuses to evolve. Maybe it can’t because there is no Christ figure to tell people what idiots they were being so that they could evolve and still be in line with the holy writings…. Islam has such amoral beliefs while claiming to be the authority of morality, that I just don’t see the belief system surviving a civilized world.
