The Obama Administration is always coming up with new and creative forms of entitlement. One of the latest is that the U.S. federal government announcing a new program called CVE (Counter Violent Extremism) in Minneapolis Minnesota.
Under this truly excellent program, authorized personally by President Obama, Somali Muslims living in Minnesota will actually be paid not to go on terror rampages or blow themselves up.
