Obama: “I’m Not Losing to Putin” and Other Laugh Riots!

Obama appeared frustrated by the suggestion made by the media during a press conference this afternoon. He found himself dismissing it as a notion only talked about in the Washington D.C.

“Sometimes the conversation here in the Beltway differs from the conversation internationally,” Obama responded.

Yes, Internationally, the world press and world leaders already are hearing a different term: “check-mate.”

Obama transposes his own situation onto Putin. Obama accused Putin of acting in Syria “out of weakness,” repeatedly referring to Russia’s weakening economy.

Well, first, has Obama taken a good look at the economy he’ crafted here after 6 years of alleged recovery? At last count 90 Million people were out of the workforce…the highest number since 1977. And who was president then? Jimmy Carter. As many recall, Iran, Iraq, Russia, Syria and other nations were growing problems. Déjà vu! Our stock market is rapidly tanking deeper than the Marianas Trench, only occasionally boosted by loads of Obama empty paper money.

Yes, and Russia is strengthening its economy by stealing the Crimea, Ukraine, and now Syria…marching down the path leading beyond the Middle East. Obama has empty words. Putin puts major military bases in overnight…fully operational.

Obama also compared his coalition to act against ISIS in Syria to Putin’s unilateral decision to prop up Assad.

“Iran and Assad make up Mr. Putin’s coalition at the moment,” he said. “The rest of the world makes up ours.”

Last we looked, Iraq, one of our alleged allies, was supplying military intelligence to Russia and offering them a base in Baghdad. The Saudis are also warming up to Russia. Obama – don’t claim what you don’t have.

Obama repeatedly assured reporters that he was “very clear” with Putin about where America stood on Syria, reminding him that his attempts to prop up a dictator like Syrian President Bashar al-Assad were doomed to fail.

The strength of Obama’s threat is probably the reason Russia is very comfortable just moving in wherever it likes.

He ridiculed critics for treating his relationship with Putin as a game he was losing on the world stage.

“This is not some, you know, super power chess board contest and anybody who frames it in that way isn’t paying very close attention to what’s been happening on the chess board,” he said.

Obama also denounced critics for offering “mumbo-jumbo” and “half-baked ideas” in response to his reluctance to act in Syria.

“We’re not going to make Syria a proxy war between the United States and Russia,” he insisted, vowing to continue American military effort to degrade Islamic State terrorists in Syria.

The only thing degrading here is the Obama presidency and his respect in the nation and the world. Secondly, it is a chess game and Obama is completely out of pieces to play. Third, his generals are the ones offering ideas, but they seek to win militarily. That is something Obama is unaccustomed to try. Finally, Russia is not seeking to degrade ISIS. They want to utterly destroy them…just like they seek to do with all their opposition. That includes us.

Your move, Obama.
