It’s fear mongering for what ever reason. It’s not logistically or politically possible to disarm 230 million people. What America needs is a strong economy to heal itself. It is proven that when times are good, people have steady jobs, and money in their pockets to spend, that the stress level in society is lowered, crime drops and people tend to get along better. The problem is that the United states spends billions of our tax dollars taking care of the rest of the world’s problems and not on its own people, or economy. When our government focuses on internal prosperity, instead of shipping guns to terrorists and Mexican drug lords the country will SELF REGULATE itself.
