Our system of government ensures that no branch becomes overwhelmingly powerful. Only Congress can make laws, and the executive branch is only enforces laws and our judicial branch interprets law.
Of course, Obama is intent on becoming a Marxist dictator and he’s accomplished this quite easily so far with a completely owned Congress and liberal judicial system who only sporadically hold him up to the law.
