In stating that he wanted to help the poor and change the way Republicans think, Obama recently declared at Georgetown University that we – of course meaning ‘he’ – needs to change the way Fox News and the media reports.
Obama claimed that Fox News was doing nothing more than inciting hate for the poor, and because we need to change people’s impressions of the poor all media needs to change.

I know that this doesn’t mean much to you Obama, but we have something called the Constitution of the United States of America and in that constitution, there is a series of Amendments, the first ten of which are known as the Bill of Rights! The First Amendment, among other things, guarantees the right of free speech, freedom of religion and freedom of the press, so you see Obama, there isn’t anything you can LEGALLY do to change how the media reports the news even if you deem such reporting to be unfavorable to you! I would have thought you, being a constitutional scholar as you claim, that you would be aware of this and not to have this pointed out to you by an ordinary citizen such as myself!

How about we change the way they report mass shootings and give people the 10 secs of fame they want. And make comparisons to other shootings. None of that helps.

So, control the media, silence dissent. These are aspects of Fascism. These are policies that Communist dictators of the past used to keep their power and even went as far as killing millions of their own people. I’m not going to say it can’t happen here because at this point who’s stopping it. Just take all of this to its logical conclusion. One person dictating policy w/out Congress and w/ Congress’ approval. The level of corruption covering up crimes committed against the rights of the people and the blatant disregard for the Constitution. This can only lead to more corruption keeping the corrupt in power creating a ruling elite w/ endless amounts of wealth stolen from the population. If opposition arises they use the monopoly of force to silence the opposition. If violence breaks out martial law is declared and then unlawful search and seizures follow, this will lead to confiscation of are firearms.If this opposition continues then you have other measures that can be taken like the qurantine an area, deny food and necessities.(it’s been done before w/ the result of millions of deaths). How far down this description do you think we are at now? Think it can’t happen? Who is stopping it?
