In stating that he wanted to help the poor and change the way Republicans think, Obama recently declared at Georgetown University that we – of course meaning ‘he’ – needs to change the way Fox News and the media reports.
Obama claimed that Fox News was doing nothing more than inciting hate for the poor, and because we need to change people’s impressions of the poor all media needs to change.

I didn’t know until today that monitors in all federal government offices are tuned to CNN and public wifi in those offices restricts access to Fox and other conservative web sites. I haven’t verified that myself, but it’s from a very reliable friend who works in a federal building.
Well, I agree that the media reports mostly one-sided, but Obama is clearly implying that coercion may be called for here, and that is despotic.
Not only that, but in a short list of recommended online news sources that those in *US* government deem credible was none other than Al Jazeera
