Under the 2016 pay scale, a Pay Grade E-1 undergoing recruit training will be paid roughly $2.15 an hour.

This is a mis statement congress votes on all appropriations including pay executive submits it’s recommendations to congress. Obama has not recommended lower pay
His pay deserves to be cut. He is trying to decimate our military and cut it down so we can’t defend ourselves from the Muslim refugees he’s pulling in.
