The lower pay increase translates to a Pay Grade E-4 (Corporal, Petty Officer 3d Class, Specialist 4, Senior Airman) with less than three years in service will earn less than $3.00 an hour. Under the 2016 pay scale, a Pay Grade E-1 undergoing recruit training will be paid roughly $2.15 an hour.

Oh here we go.. But Obama just refused to sign the bill to no more increases for retired Presidents money!! He turned it down. So I hope it can go back to Congress for a special over ride. He wants more of a raise for him but not for the Military?? Worthless, sorry excuse for a human being. He would not even be able to enjoy his freedoms and to even have a paycheck if it weren’t for our Military..Just a sorry SOB…
What is not said here is 1. All base personnel receive free housing and all free meals plus a clothing allowance. Off Base married personnel receive Comrats which is extra pay for not receiving those benefits.
