Under the 2016 pay scale, a Pay Grade E-1 undergoing recruit training will be paid roughly $2.15 an hour.

… the first year Reagan was in office he authorized a 13% across the board raise for ALL military.., 2 ND year was 11%… 3rd was 7%…. 4th year 4%… that’s the way you take care of your troops….
