The lower pay increase translates to a Pay Grade E-4 (Corporal, Petty Officer 3d Class, Specialist 4, Senior Airman) with less than three years in service will earn less than $3.00 an hour. Under the 2016 pay scale, a Pay Grade E-1 undergoing recruit training will be paid roughly $2.15 an hour.

By what authority does he cut military pay?!? Take his whole paycheck and divide it among enlisted military personnel. He’s only still in office because nobody has the balls to remove him.

Why would he need a pay increase? He’s been telling elders and military that there has been no cost of living increase in years. And, btw, he’s already paid too much, not even counting the hundreds of ways he and that thing he’s married to have taken advantage of the taxpayers.
The man has requested a raise on his retirement of 18%,,why?? I have been retired from the Air Force for 20yrs and all my raises together do not match his. The last three yrs. 0% both, military and Soc. Sec. So what gives???
