Apparently, there is no whopper too big for President Obama and his climate change alarmist allies to resort to using when trying to sell their message that the sky is falling and the ice caps are melting.
At this point, conservatives should be used to the absurd apocalyptic pronouncements regularly made by the environmentalist left, often involving dubious warnings that major cities and landmarks will be submerged or otherwise destroyed lest we heed their advice. It speaks volumes about the veracity of their arguments that they feel the need to utilize a trope commonly used in science fiction movies to illustrate the nature of the “threat” we face.
But it says even more about the state of the nation that a sitting president has engaged in such rank fear-mongering.
Speaking during yesterday’s weekly address, Obama urged Americans to take action against climate change, or else – the Statue of Liberty will sink!

How much longer must we endure this guy??? Of course there is climate change. It is constantly changing and everyone a natural occurrence such as an earthquake or volcano erupting or other major occurrence happens, it changes our climate..humans are so minute in the scope of things, there is nothing that we can do to stop nature from doing what nature does..I don’t know what the gain is for him to be pushing this nonsense but it is not good that’s for sure

Pollution and climate change are two different things and the polar bear population is the highest it has ever been! The ice caps are not melting and in fact the Antarctic ice cap is increasing in size and the Arctic is about the same as it has been for many hundreds of years! A recent polar expedition intended to prove global warming had to be abandoned when the ship they were in had to be evacuated because it was stuck in the ice that they were trying to prove wasn’t there!
