The Obama administration has blatantly defied the will of the American people and the immigration laws of the land and opened up our borders to illegal immigrants coming primarily from Latin America, although there are other illegals coming up through our southern border who are from the Middle East.
It is the naked abuse of power, and it is undertaken for the purpose of growing the Democrat voting base, since the push will continue to provide amnesty, then citizenship to these illegals in order to “fix” our broken immigration program. It is only broken because we refuse to enforce the laws that are on the books.
More maddening still is what we are spending on these illegals. The cost to house and provide benefits to these “unaccompanied children” is more than the average Social Security retirement benefit!
While our elderly survive on dog food and go without adequate housing and other comforts, and our inner cities crumble and descend into chaos, the Obama administration is throwing tens of thousands of dollars to each of these “children,” most of whom are 16 and 17 year old males coming from Mexico and Central America.

The Convention of States has a website that can answer questions for you. It is hard to trust “one more sure thing” in politics. I think I owe them at least a shot to try. We never know until we try.
