He’s such an idiot. Can’t quote the Bible correctly, attributes quotes to the Bible that don’t exist in the Bible, and knows nothing about early immigration. It wasn’t EASY! Families spent all the money they had to be crammed into steerage, then at Ellis Island they were “examined”. If they were blind, disabled, or looked sick, they weren’t allowed in. And that meant if you had a child with a lazy eye, or who limped, that child was not allowed into the country. So either they sent their child back alone, or the entire family had to leave.
