What would happen under the circumstances of a cyberattack targeted towards America? Would people go Mad Max crazy? In Ted Koppel’s book “Lights Out” he explains that if the power grid were to go down due to cyberattack, it would go down for not only days, but for weeks or even months resulting in millions of people dying due to mass starvation.
Recently, National Security Agency (NSA) Director Admiral Michael Rogers warned listeners at a cyber-security conference that the threat isn’t a matter of “if“ it will happen, but “when.“
He used the example in which hackers in Ukraine used the Black Energy cyber-weapon to knock out the lights on more than 200,000 people across the region.
While speaking at the RSA Conference in San Francisco, he warned the audience that this will not be the “last we are going to see of this.“
Read more on page two to find out what NSA Director Rogers thinks is the best plan in order to stop any cyberattacks from occurring in the U.S.

I still think the blackout of 2003 was an attack.
F**k you Pace “we” don’t hate Trump you do go$#%&!@*yourself and speak only for yourself you fucking p**s ant!
When I worked at a military power generating facilitate we lost our system multiple times because the control codes were entrusted to one idiot self ordained genius wage supervisor with tinkeriotis who couldn’t keep his hands off the computer controlled switch system. During weekends and nights we were required to call the contractor on an unsecured phone line who would then correct the idiot’s modification using a laptop computer from his home. Copies of Computer Acuator Control System were kept out in the open on a supervisor”s desk or on multiple laptop computers in numerous offices and at homes where various officials could monitor and override actuator control systems.
Prior to my retirement when I worked with the MAXIO data system that was responsible for generating and tracking work assignments for The Department Of The Navy I couldn’t help but think about the numerous methods just one disgruntled employee could devise that could shut down the system.,and whenever I reported to the Inspector General a breach of security, law rule or regulation I was ignored or reprimanded for not using the chain of command.
When I retired I sent a letter to the Secretary Of The Navy that read “I am retiring six years earlier than I expected because I can no longer work down to your standards.”
Hell, the contractor winning the computer contracts are even listed on the web, so don’t tell me any fantasies about how the grid isn’t going down. When you make adjustments to one or two segments of the grid you effect everyone in and on the loop.
Toni Phelps Miller yes he does and it’s a pearl necklace with matching earrings.
Greg Zimmerman yes he does have something on his chin. It’s a pearl necklace with matching earrings.
Bull$#%&!@*fucktard
Sambo had a lot to do with leaving America defenseless
With MILLIONS dying now’s the time to start a Funeral Home business ! 😉
Not protecting the power grid is a relatively easy fix yet no one does anything. Apparently an intentional vulnerability by the Deep State. The NSA is likely complicit since they are the Deep State and constantly violating the 4th amendment. “Whistleblower: ‘The NSA Is Still Collecting the Full Content Of U.S. Domestic E-Mail, Without a Warrant … The NSA Cannot Identify Future Terrorism Because 99.9999% of What It Collects and Analyzes Is Foreseeably Irrelevant'”
