The state of New York is now confiscating guns from those deemed ‘mentally unstable’ by random ‘professionals’.
Through the Safe Act legislation, 278 gun owners have had their arms confiscated because a physician, or other “mental health professional”, has stated that they are “mentally unstable”.

When I was having my annual exam today, the PA was basically asking about my mental stability, when she was asking if I was suffering from a ladck of motivation to do anything, and if I was suffering from depression. These were the very first questions she asked me, and she basically apologized, telling me that she was required to ask me these questions. In my heart, I wondered if these were questions designed for the very reasons stated in the above headline. I kept expecting her next question to be if we had firearms in our home……I am glad she never asked, because I would have hated to have had to lie to her…..;)
If my PA asked me those questions, she would be punched in the face, and she knows it. Besides, she’s a good Southerner, and wouldn’t do such a thing.
