Jay Familglietti, NASA’s top water scientist, recently warned that California has only a year’s supply of water left in storage facilities and the backup groundwater is rapidly depleting. Despite this harrowing fact, California has no backup plan to address this crisis.
“California has no contingency plan for a persistent drought like this one (let alone a 20-plus-year mega-drought), except, apparently, staying in emergency mode and praying for rain,” stated Familglietti. “In short, we have no paddle to navigate this crisis.”
UPDATE: California Gov. Jerry Brown issues ineffectual, mandatory water restriction as one-third of our nation’s crops are threatened. See Page 3 for updates.

CALL UNTO THE GOD OF ISRAEL FOR RAIN…..
To many illegals sucking up water
lol. Yes it is.
Lmao funny us hillbillies in Arizona do just fine with water , maybe instead of hugging a tree you could have put away a few gallons of water
Funny I actually live in a desert Arizona and we do just fine with water, and farmers who have been there for ever are hardworking people with grandfathered water rights, why punish people who work
Because in CA the farmers use 80% of the water, and contribute 2% to the state economy. You think that is good economics ???? You think that is fair? Food should be grown where it is cheap to grow.
Slightly different angles and time of year, but definitely the same geographical location in the two photographs.
Save the post office AND Cali
I think the Athiest are the sole cause of divine curse for California. They came from nature they will depend on nature. God does not make water , snow and rain because they believe there is no God. Gov. Brown save your urine.
Yes, I agree, Jim, also the worst is yet to come, for years, there’s a reoccuring dream that I have had, I’ve had three, before and all have came true several days or years later!! Someone in the dreamasks me what I got for my birthday, I told them an earthquake, could it be that water is going deeper in the earth and water tables are changing because of faultline cracks? First week of May, could be the time!!
