Jay Familglietti, NASA’s top water scientist, recently warned that California has only a year’s supply of water left in storage facilities and the backup groundwater is rapidly depleting. Despite this harrowing fact, California has no backup plan to address this crisis.
“California has no contingency plan for a persistent drought like this one (let alone a 20-plus-year mega-drought), except, apparently, staying in emergency mode and praying for rain,” stated Familglietti. “In short, we have no paddle to navigate this crisis.”

God is making his views felt in California in ways for their way of life. Brown leadership or I should say lack of has proven that he has lead that state down the drain, and they keep electing him. Makes no dam sense what so ever, Democrats are not for the people and dam sure not to insure that earth gets better, all they want is power to control us in order for them to get richer and like all of them they LIE all the time.
This is what happens when too many people flock to a area whose climate can’t support them all. California needs to invest in some serious desalinization plants and get their irrigation water from the ocean.
