Jay Familglietti, NASA’s top water scientist, recently warned that California has only a year’s supply of water left in storage facilities and the backup groundwater is rapidly depleting. Despite this harrowing fact, California has no backup plan to address this crisis.
“California has no contingency plan for a persistent drought like this one (let alone a 20-plus-year mega-drought), except, apparently, staying in emergency mode and praying for rain,” stated Familglietti. “In short, we have no paddle to navigate this crisis.”

ruined million on top of millions gallons of water you say? Now where would they rid of all that so called wasted water? in the back pockets?..All water can be recycled and clean.. It take a lot more then fracking to lower the water tables to that degree to create a shortage.

Lived in Cali for 15 years….. Knew the Flight paths and was close to Edwards…. you would see “Chemtrails” even in no fly areas….. the so called “Chemtrails” have been going on since Ancient times…. heck I was there right after 9/11 when NOTHING was flying and there were “Chemtrails”
If you are rich, shortages don’t matter to you. And Brown really doesn’t care that is why he is embarking on his wonderful “Bullet Train” (spending millions) instead of trying to bring water to California by whatever means technology can come up with.
