Jay Familglietti, NASA’s top water scientist, recently warned that California has only a year’s supply of water left in storage facilities and the backup groundwater is rapidly depleting. Despite this harrowing fact, California has no backup plan to address this crisis.
“California has no contingency plan for a persistent drought like this one (let alone a 20-plus-year mega-drought), except, apparently, staying in emergency mode and praying for rain,” stated Familglietti. “In short, we have no paddle to navigate this crisis.”

come on. think about this. three years to do this. no way. the only way this is happening is because someone has a hand in redirecting the water somewhere. The powers that be are really heating things up and creating a terrible situation for people everywhere. Nothing is out of reach of the powers that be in order for them to complete their agenda. Everything from water, food, medicine, gas, medical, education, freedom, EVERYTHING is dictated by the government now. We have been completely taken over. This water issue in Cali is a man-made propaganda issue and serves a purpose in their agenda. Do the research, look up at the sky’s once in a while and see why there is a drought in cali. Those chem trails are creating the weather they want. do the research. It all seems so surreal. But if you really knew all the creepy stuff they are doing, you would have been locked and loaded a long time ago. and to think, the revolution was over ONE tiny little tax. We have at least a million good reasons – and still do nothing…. really time to wake up and grow a spine and simply all meet at the white house – in one day and believe me, one day of everyone meeting at the white house is all it would take.

thats ok…i like hot weather more than cold weather…and the earth was once hot and baron…then the ice age…then the warming..when there are no more glaciers i can still go look at the mud puddle that once was something majestic
and yes without global warming there would still be ice where we live now
Weather is cyclical brother!!! In the 70’s all the headlines were about the new Ice Age. Al Gore made millions off of this BS!!!
