Jay Familglietti, NASA’s top water scientist, recently warned that California has only a year’s supply of water left in storage facilities and the backup groundwater is rapidly depleting. Despite this harrowing fact, California has no backup plan to address this crisis.
“California has no contingency plan for a persistent drought like this one (let alone a 20-plus-year mega-drought), except, apparently, staying in emergency mode and praying for rain,” stated Familglietti. “In short, we have no paddle to navigate this crisis.”

Lack of planning. Lack of vision. Too many illegals. And mexifornia is part desert. Parts of Texas are desert climate and water restrictions are part of daily life when required by weather and demand. Hope that cesspool slides into the ocean.

Is this a play on how wasteful Californian’s can be, or is it really that thetre is a water crisis throughout the nation? Even Oregon did NOT get its usual quota of rain and snow for the snow pack.
When a nation departs from God, the blessing ceases and the curse is unhindered. Drought begins, famine and all manner of sicknesses. Wake up America, can’t you see ?
