Just a few months back, a group of co-workers from the San Bernardino County Department of Public Health threw a baby shower for Syed Farook and his wife, Tashfeen Malik. This same couple, who were given congratulatory gifts for their newborn, were gunned down, in a terror attack.
The baby, now six months old, is an orphan and in the custody of the state at this moment. Farook left his child with his mother, claiming to have a doctor’s appointment and then drove, with his wife, clothed in tactical gear and heavily armed to slaughter his co-workers who were celebrating Christmas.
Co-workers of Farook said he was a reserved, quiet man and well-liked, thus to have him, along with his wife, decimate those who liked him and celebrated the birth of his baby is incomprehensible.
