Should Muslim Police Officers Be Allowed to Wear Hijabs on the job?


In an era of sensitivity, America has become a place where anybody can get away with anything if they claim offense at the other party’s actions. After the Council on American-Islamic Relations filed a complaint with the Ohio Cvil Rights Commission against the Columbus Police Department in August, regarding their refusal to allow Muslim police officers to wear a hijab on the job, the Tampa-based Florida Family Association is standing up for what they believe by fighting this complaint and defending American values.
