Muslim Cleric and Terrorist Anjem Choudary Interview On Hannity, Battle Over Radical Islamic Beliefs

Soon after his arrest on terrorism charges, controversial Muslim cleric Anjem Choudary was interviewed by Hannity. Choudary was the cleric who once led a protest at the White House calling for Muslims to ‘rise up and establish Islamic state in America’ in order to instill Sharia law.

The British extremist also created a stir when we stated ‘the flag of Islam will fly over the White House’.

Choudary has a track record of rabble rousing.

Here are some of his most outspoken comments:

On murdered soldier Lee Rigby

“As an adult non-Muslim, whether he is part of the Army or not part of the Army, if he dies in a state of disbelief then he is going to go to the hellfire.

“That’s what I believe so I’m not going to feel sorry for non-Muslims.”

On life under Islamic State (IS)

“From what I understand from people living there, they have security, schools are now being set up where their children are taught about Islam, and they have the basic needs of food, clothing and shelter.

“I think in many respects it’s the kind of society I’d love to live in with my family.

“Many people I know think the same.”

On the Britons who have travelled to Iraq and Syria to fight with IS

“If Muslims go anywhere in the world to defend their brethren, this is a good thing.

“Anyone who goes and stands alongside them is noble.

“In anyone’s book it is the right thing to do.”

On IS hostage Alan Henning

“In the Qaran it is not allowed for you to feel sorry for non Muslims.

“I don’t feel sorry for him.

“I don’t know the real story, I only heard from the British Government and media.

“We need to hear directly from the Islamic State as to why he is being held.”

On jihad

“I think the thing that people need to appreciate is that in war Muslims are not distinguishing in general between civilians and military because those very civilians are those who put the people in charge, and those people in charge – Barack Obama and others – are sending their troops to Muslim countries.

“They’re not making that distinction.”

On receiving taxpayer funded benefits to the tune of £25,000 per year

“The money belongs to Allah and if it is given you can take it.

“You don’t lie and you don’t cheat- that is what the prophet said.”

On ‘taking over’ England

“We are going to take England — the Muslims are coming.

“Brussels is 30 per cent, 40 per cent Muslim and Amsterdam.

“Bradford is 17 per cent Muslim.

“These people are like a tsunami going across Europe.

“And over here we’re just relaxing, taking over Bradford brother. The reality is changing.”

On being a Muslim in Britain

“We have an apartheid system in this country.

“Muslims are imprisoned over here.

“We can’t travel abroad.”
