MSM Ignores Trump Administration’s Crackdown on Sex Trafficking

As early as a month before the November presidential election in 2016, then-candidate Donald Trump raised the issue of global and national child sex trafficking rings.

In a Tweet on October 8, he noted “Got to do something about these missing children grabbed by the perverts. Too many incidents – fast trial, death penalty.”

According to Townhall columnist Liz Crokin, a strong advocate for sex crime victims, the issue gained no traction with the mainstream news media (MSM). At the time, pedophile arrests were not a high priority for law enforcement.

Statistics from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) show fewer than 400 sex trafficking arrests were made in 2014.

Learn how dramatically the issue has come to the forefront in the new Trump administration by reading the next page. Also, find out how the MSM are still ignoring this critical issue.
