Mitt Romney: “I don’t intend on support either of the major party candidates at this point”, “I wish we had better choices”

Mitt Romney may have called for the Republican Party’s unwavering support in his failed presidential bid in 2012, but now that he’s off the ticket, he seems suddenly disinterred in the party unity he once claimed was vital to the GOP’s success.

“I don’t intend on support either of the major party candidates at this point,” Romney reportedly stated at the American Friends of The Hebrew University dinner on Thursday. “I wish we had better choices, and I keep hoping that somehow things will get better, and I just don’t see an easy answer from where we are now.”

Make no mistake of it, a vote for neither Trump nor Clinton is no neutral vote. While it may seem harmless to vote neither, considering the vast majority of those caught between the two nominees are Republican voters, a vote for a third party helps only Hillary Clinton.
