Minnesota Man Creates Folding Gun That Looks Like a Cell Phone

Predictably, liberals mocked Kjellberg’s invention, although some felt threatened enough by it to, surprise surprise, demand it be banned. But for all their scorn, they don’t recognize the role people like them who hate firearms and seek to ostracize gun owners played in the creation of Kjellberg’s folding gun:

“‘When a little child, a boy about 7, saw me and said, ‘Mommy, mommy that guy’s got a gun,’ and that whole restaurant of course turns and stares at you, and I thought there’s just gotta be something better to do than this,’ Kiellberg said. ‘It’s more that they want to be able to carry a gun when they need to and not have to engage other people about why they’re carrying that gun.’

Kjellberg said the plastic gun with a metal core is not a security threat at places like airports.

He said he has been contacted by homeland security and is willing to provide law enforcement with X-rays of the weapon so they can train officers to recognize it.

The ‘Ideal Conceal’ is not on the market yet but you can expect to see it on sale in October for $395.”
