The Obama administration has directed the military to not allow personnel to say “Christmas”, in spite of the holiday’s status as a federally-recognized holiday.
The reason given by armed forces officials is that not everyone celebrates Christmas and that out of respect for them, military members should refer to Christmas celebrations simply as “holiday”-themed festivities.
This prohibition comes in the context of a wider push for political correctness in society in general and the military in particular, as evidenced by the recent reprimanding of Navy Chaplain Wes Modder for simply discussing religion, as chaplains are wont to do, with military personnel.
See how servicemen have reacted to not being allowed to say Christmas at the link below:

I would love to see how he would do while taking a lie detector test!! If he was my child, I would spank his butt!! Lol!
Stop allowing this guy to steal your wills,,,,
OY VEY! Maybe use the grey matter between the ears… If it sounds ridiculous, it probably is. This is totally debunked by slopes.com. Obama did no such thing.
I just read the incredible TOTALLY VITRIOLIC, hateful, unbelievable comments from soooo many people! This is truly sick…. “…President X did Y….” If X = Obama, and Y = something distasteful to those who lean more to the right… BOOM! He’s the anti-Christ, Muslim lover, should be impeached, etc. When, in the history of this country, has such vindictivness been directed at the Commander in Chief? If X = Bush, and Y = a similar action, would there be this kind of pure hatred expressed?
Christmas! Christmas! Christmas! Ha ha! Up yours Obama!
Bull freedom of speech
Tell me you kidding if that is true he needs to be impeached
There is no president or king that will not tell me that I can not say Merry Christmas!!! or Amen Jesus!!! I THINK THE CONSTITUTION WAS WRITTEN TO PROTECT THAT RIGHT!
Merry Christmas to all our troops and even the Commander In Chief, President Obama. Christ IS the reason for the season.
Can we say oboma is a P***Y
