More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

Let’s see…. yes, please send back the criminals that we looked the other way at the American border so they could illegally cross into your country and help with OUR overcrowded prison system. We here in Mexico were extremely grateful you voted in your first communist leader, Obama. We were quite tickled he decided to ignore your constitution and let our criminals cross your border. Of course we don’t want our criminal element back. If you sent back all the illegal immigrants in YOUR prisons, we would have to build the biggest prison the world has ever seen just to house them. No, we can’t afford to deal with OUR criminals. Oh yeah, please do NOT build the wall, because we have many, many more rapists, thieves, robbers, killers and drug dealers and abusers we need to ship over the OPEN BORDER!
Then the DOJ needs to develop procedures to get them to Mexico. Drop them via low flying airplanes without a parachute or whatever but send them to Mexico.
Build that wall and dump every illegal back over the top of it back into Mexico….Build that wall with gun towers and put them to use !!!!!
