More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

No problem. Use the money to transport them home to instead put them on a huge raft and send them out to sea with rations. They’ll find somewhere else to go. Man without a country…rejected by his own.
WHY SHOULD THEY? THEY ENCOURAGE THEM TO COME HERE!!
They will race each other to the border to get out first!
Then do what you need to to solve the problem.
Re-negotiate NAFTA and add a clause that they will have to take them back or trade will be blocked.
USE A CATAPULT AND THROW THEM BACK !!!!!!! HAPPY LANDING !!!!!!!!
Use huge catapults to throw them back over the border!
Just air drop them at the border, parachutes are optional.
Drop them from a plane
Put them on a boat and take them to the shores of Mexico, give them life preservers and tell them to swim, shore is that way.
