More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

Ship them there and dump them out, they came from there, they will go back there
Well the Gulf will. Take them out and drop them off, problem solved.
Make an air drop just over the border
Cut off all aide to countries that refuse to take them back. Not that hard to solve
Then line them up in front of a firing sqaud
Cuba did too when Jimmy Carter emptied their prisons. Remember?
Then put them on a chain gang at a $1 a day!
Gitmorize them all
OK, no problem, line them up, and shoot them in the head, and push them into the Rio Grande !
Sent them back anyway and tell them if they return and are caught, they will be executed.
