More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

With the population at Gitmo depleted under Obama there is plenty of room for the “Limbo” deportees. Perhaps the prospect of spending the rest of your life there if your homeland won’t take you back would deter them coming here at all.
Really , what are they going to do , start a war
Put them in a plane & parachute then into Mexico City!!!!!
So send them to Iran or Guatemala
Fly them over and air drop them in.
Ship them back in a box !
Cut off their aid money money talks
Send them back, why wait for mexico?
