More than 40,000 illegal alien criminals from 79 different countries are housed in federal prisons – costing taxpayers millions every year.
The International Prison Transfer program should help to alleviate the problem as it permits willing criminals to transfer back to their country’s prison system. That could be at least a partial solution, but the problem is that many countries simply refused to accept the transfers – and there are no enforcement measures within the treaty.

Jay Dietrich well we can’t kill them so putting them in jail is all we got left but we need to find a way to make them work while in there just like we should the rest of the habitual offenders a way to make them pay us back..
Start executing the rapists and killers quickly….they won’t come in the first place.
Start charging these countries. Pay back us taxpayers for supporting their citizens. You watch how fast they take them back.
Take them to the border by boat and dump them they’ll them to swim and never come back or they will be executed . Or fly over and dump them Problem solved pretty simple !
