Mexico is apparently still reeling from Donald Trump’s win.
For months, Mexican officials claimed that they would not allow Donald Trump to dictate policy in their country. They said that they would not go back to the table to renegotiate NAFTA, would not change their immigration policies, and would definitely never pay for Trump’s wall.
And besides, they said he was never going to win, anyway.
But he did. And now they seem to be changing their tune. According to France24, Mexico is reportedly making preparations to better equip themselves and their people against a Trump presidency. Naturally, this includes protecting the millions of illegal immigrants that they have sent over their northern border into the United States.

The illegal Mexicans come in and drive construction wages into the dirt. And do poor work cause they have no repercussion after the fact. I’ve seen many “storm chasers” doing this in South Louisiana
And America has a 1 point plan to stop any and all financial help to Mexico. No more pesos for Mexico.
So they don’t want there own people back ???
Mexico should NEVER dictate anything in regard to US policy. Now before I get people saying “Well, what about Trump dictating that Mexico pay for the wall?” I agree. The US should not dictate what Mexico spends its money on. UNLESS, Mexico is taking foreign aid from us. Then it is our prerogative to withhold such funds until the wall is paid for.
The gov’t of Mexico has a lot to gain with their citizens over hear, they send back tremendous amounts of money back to their country. Hell there’s even commercials on spanish networks from banks sell their service to wire money back home .

But of course! One of the biggest source of income is coming from illegals in the US. It’s in the billions.
If they cared half as much for the people living within thier boarders as they do for the ones illegally living abroad there wouldnt be any significant number of thier citizens illegally living abroad to care so much about.
