Mexico is apparently still reeling from Donald Trump’s win.
For months, Mexican officials claimed that they would not allow Donald Trump to dictate policy in their country. They said that they would not go back to the table to renegotiate NAFTA, would not change their immigration policies, and would definitely never pay for Trump’s wall.
And besides, they said he was never going to win, anyway.
But he did. And now they seem to be changing their tune. According to France24, Mexico is reportedly making preparations to better equip themselves and their people against a Trump presidency. Naturally, this includes protecting the millions of illegal immigrants that they have sent over their northern border into the United States.

The Mexican government doesn’t want to lose the income that is being pushed into their economy… That should tell you a lot. Imagine if that money stayed here…

This is a financial issue for Mexico. Like most foreigners in the US, Mexicans send millions of US dollars to Their families and the Mexican government benefits. To keep the money flowing, Mexico must do something reduce deportations and increase the number of illegal immigrants.

We as Americans want our borders secure and we want legal aliens to be processed like every other country. Try to get into Canada or Mexico without proper papers so why do we need to allow it in our country. If you think the Democrats really care you are misguided all the care is about power and votes.
