Mexico is apparently still reeling from Donald Trump’s win.
For months, Mexican officials claimed that they would not allow Donald Trump to dictate policy in their country. They said that they would not go back to the table to renegotiate NAFTA, would not change their immigration policies, and would definitely never pay for Trump’s wall.
And besides, they said he was never going to win, anyway.
But he did. And now they seem to be changing their tune. According to France24, Mexico is reportedly making preparations to better equip themselves and their people against a Trump presidency. Naturally, this includes protecting the millions of illegal immigrants that they have sent over their northern border into the United States.

You can make all the plans you want. We will I force our long standing laws that have been trampled on by former administration(s). Nafta WILL be renegotiated/updated (I recommend you be a part of it) regardless of you participating or nor. And yes we are strengthening our borders. We are a sovereign nation we dictate our own laws regardless of any other nation’s plans.
what a crock. If you are here illegally you do not get any protections. All you should get is treated fairly and then a swift kick in the butt and out the door.

Why not try to make Mexico a better more profitable place for people to live? Hmmmmmm?
Damn straight. …if they are so concerned about their damned people that are here illegally, take them back. I’m sick and tired of everyone trying to legalize it. The term ILLEGAL spells it out. If we go there illegally, they throw us in a$#%&!@*hole jail cell. Let’s start deporting them now. The piece of filth said he’d welcome his people back with open arms….they didn’t want to be there in the first place.
Sean Stitt you either don’t pay taxes or have no idea where taxes are wasted by those of us who have paid them for years. We have starving children here at home that a legal, natural born citizens that need our help. Are you saying we should ignore our own to take care of everyone else’s problems? If they come back, not a regular prison but a tent city in new Mexico with bread and water as their only food. They don’t get the same rights as Americans as they are not protected by the Constitution
