It seems that only Texas is doing much to keep an eye on the secretive Special Operations troops that will be maneuvering through private and publicly owned land across the country by deploying their National Guard to monitor what is going to be actually going on.

the entire exercise on US soil in civilian population is uncons$#%&!@*utional. WE THE PEOPLE have all been labeled. and we are supposed to just sit back and believe what we are told. Ive seen to much first hand evidence that says different than what they say. Lock and load and watch over your loved ones.
