Mitch McConnell (R-KY) had some interesting things to say when asked about Donald Trump’s suggested Muslim Immigration ban on CNN’s “State of the Union” on Sunday. When asked about the Republican frontrunner’s plan to temporarily stop Muslim immigration into the United States, should he be elected, McConnell said that the Senate would never act on it.
During his response, he brought up some interesting things, saying that it would also prevent certain foreign leaders from being able to come to the United States. Among those leaders, he named the president of Afghanistan and the King of Jordan, both people that Trump probably wouldn’t want here anyway.
You can watch McConnell’s comments in the player on the next page.
Hope they all head to McConnell when they get here. And the wWH.
Just do what Obama does
Don’t worry Trump as president in 2016 will have a pen and a phone …the thing about setting precedents is that you may not always be in charge .
Then Get Rid of them!! Period.!
You are going next, you are as big a liar as Reid
Cut off his money and it would stop him. Why are they funding this , they control the money.
Of COURSE they wouldn’t act; there is no money in keeping America safe, only in securing enough votes for them to remain in office!
McConnell is nothing but a FN Democrate.
We need to replace this dino.
Ann. There are some that would vote for it, but McConnell would not bring it up for a vote. Just like his buddy Harry Reid always did.
