Huge fight between families of up to 50 people leaves one dead
Richmond County Sheriff Richard Roundtree suggested that the fight was “the epitome of a senseless murder.” And it certainly was, with no one else to blame but themselves. The victim, 18 year old Demajhay Bell, was stabbed in the neck with a knife and died two days later at a local hospital.
Cell phone video of the fight shows a pair of teenage girls mouthing off at each other and throwing punches, as a large group of people egg the two on. The video then shows males attacking each other with baseball bats and pipes. Additionally, someone in a Dodge Charger tries to run down some of the fighters several times, even driving through the lawn of one of the homes while chasing down brawlers.
Police say that the stabbing victim didn’t even participate in the fight but was stabbed in the neck the second he exited the house. Sherrif Roundtree even noted that Demajhay knew his attacker and may have been “friends” with him.
Roundtree said the fight began at school when cross words between the two teen girls were exchanged over boyfriends and some “racy photos” posted to social media. The argument then carried over onto social media, with members and friends of both girls joining in. Eventually Quiauna Henley, 35, drove her daughter Quiasha, 18, to the home of Eyvette Byrd so that Quiasha could beat up Byrd’s 15-year-old daughter.
Police said Eyvette Byrd tried to drive the stabbing victim to a hospital but at the first stop sign, the fighting started up again. The stricken teen then tried to drive himself to the hospital until he saw a police cruiser and flagged it down for help.
Sheriff Roundtree told the Associated Press that the whole situation was made worse by postings on social media. “The brawl itself was a coordinated effort. The group in the neighborhood knew the other group was coming to fight.”
The mentality that would lead 50 people to fight with baseball bats, knives, and even using a car as a deadly weapon helps explain why it is difficult for such “models of society” to be hired, or to keep a job. Milwaukee Sheriff David Clarke, who is African-American, has stated that the Black Lives Matter movement is a Democratic Party monster run amok, and he suggested that if they really cared about black lives they would be protesting black-on-black crime.
And Barack Obama, who promised to be a uniter who would heal the perceived racial divide in the country has in fact made things much worse, whipping up sentiment whenever there has been an altercation between police and members of the African-American community. In fact, he has condoned and encouraged black protests and even invited black-lives-matter organizers to the White House to praise their “community involvement and organizing.” It is cynicism on a grand scale, with the black community paying a huge price without realizing it has been hoodwinked and played for a sucker.

So this one example is supposed to represent the whole of black society? Trash knows no prejudice; plenty of whites are like this as well.
I agree with you, but I wonder how many times I have been called racist because of the color of my skin? Trust me plenty..not long ago was told I was racist because it was inherent from birth.
