Does Obamacare contain a clause that mandates invasive microchip implantation? The wording of subtitle c-11 section 2521 of the ACA speaks to an “implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information.”
This section is so vaguely worded that it could definately permit for an implanted RFID chip. This particular section is actually a rewrite that used to speak directly to an implantable, radio frequency device, but after Ron Paul warned the public of this, it was changed.

There is no such requirement. The RFID implant rumor came from an old version of the Affordable Care Act, America’s Affordable Health Choices Act of 2009 HR 3200. HR 3200 included a section that allowed for data to be collected from all class II devices (which includes RFID chips) for purposes of post market safety and outcomes data. The final law, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act HR 3590 (ObamaCare), removed this wording and does not include any wording pertaining to data collection from class II devices.
Mark of the Beast in your hand?
No, it is not vague. No, there is no such requirement. Yes, you are a complete idiot if you believe this paranoid garbage.
