This very disturbing video shows police officers from Chippewa Falls, WI pull over a desperate couple speeding to the hospital in urgent need of medical assistance.
Suffering from and asthma attack, Casey Kressin was pulled over for “speeding” and “failing to stop” at a traffic light.
Instead of providing a police escort to the hospital the cop detains him for 10 minutes, which ended up killing the man.

Cop should be fired & put in jail!
A judge once said ignorance of the law is no excuse ..It is a two headed sword , !!
Some are just plain ignorant!!!
Power go’s to there head’s So bad , So wrong , We need more IQ > I had called the police , & they could not , Unlock my Door . to my shop , I had TO DO IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!
So what is your point? If you did it then why did you call them to begin with?
I have been in this situation, full on asthma attach where I thought I was going to die! Upon arriving at a Anchorage Hospital I was rushed in a head of gun shot victims given a shot and placed on a nebuliser. The added stress of being pulled over and detained is what killed this guy. If you have bad enough asthma then you know exactly what those water board torture victims go through, the only difference is we live with that torture our whole lives and have to mentally prepare ourselves to control our breathing and keep the stress and fear under control so we can survive. I have had asthma for 46 years.
You have heard cops called stupid, and now you know why. When I was young they were looking for police officers to be as smart as possible. It’s a lot easier, however, to have someone obey orders no matter what those orders are if the person is operating in a low mental state. A police state is much easier to control if the people are too stupid to realize that they are even in a police state.
I Wouldn’t Last a Week as a Law Enforcement Officer!!
Say what ???
Not all Cops are smart.
No doubt. I scored 19th out of 3,000 applicants for Columbus PD, but was declined the next phase of the application process (after passing the previous stage) because “collegiate background not meeting application criteria,” I had B.S., in Forensics at the time.
