Duff Watson was made to de-board a Southwest Airlines flight this month after he sent a tweet that an airline attendant found threatening.
Watson’s tweet read, “I was left, you know, very upset, very embarrassed, very humiliated. Wow, rudest agent in Denver. Kimberly S, gate C39, not happy @SWA.”
Wow, scary huh?
we are devolving into one Fk’d up place. NO TALKING, OBEY, blah blah blah, everything is a threat to those who decide it is, OBEY, Stalin and Lenin are jealous
Right because none of you ever whined over bad service. The point here is that they did not have the right to tell him to leave because he did not like their service. That is ridiculous. My tweet has nothing to do with my purchasing your services. Our government wants to force people who owns businesses to serve people they do not want to do business with yet these yahoos can deny services because someone says their people are rude. THEY ARE RUDE AND THEY SUCK FOR THEIR ACTIONS.
I think people need to be more worried about how they knew what he tweeted so fast..
The attendant needs to get professional help. (Shrink)
You probably would have been better off kicking her in the balls.
What was so threatening? What was she doing tweeting when she should be working?
Think I would file a law suit , NO need for their action toward this guy.
Sounds like a lawsuit to me, and an attendant losing her job.
Bet he’s even more unhappy with SWA now. Seems companies just don’t care about customer satisfaction anymore. The attitude seems to be ‘just give us your money, shut up, and be happy you’re getting any sort of service at all!’
The agent needs a course in customer relations or fired and Southwest needs to give some free travel time.
