MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow claims that she’s been “meticulously” preparing herself for a Trump presidency. How might she be doing this, you’re probably wondering. She’s studying Adolf Hitler, more specifically, she’s studying the first few months of his reign as German chancellor.
Is it just me, or has Hitler become the standard for political comparison, these days? Both conservatives and liberals are guilty of it, but it would seem that the only way to not get compared to Hitler is by being a complete and total idiot (i.e. Hillary Clinton). Why are people comparing Trump to Hitler, because of his stance on immigration.
There are thousands of other issues facing America, probably more, and people hate Trump strictly based on the fact that he doesn’t want people to break the law and come into America illegally. How does this make sense? These are the people deciding America’s future. They’re like a horde of zombies who feed off of things that offend them.

A true Fing Idiot .
A fool.
Sick excuses for actions
You are way out in left field with a statement like that
Unknowing and uneducated can be worked with however, stupidity and imbecile can’t be helped no solution for that.
Well then you know$#%&!@*was a liberal…and ?
Is anything really free, except perhaps the air we breathe and that is up for discussion. Anytime something is deemed as free, someone else is paying for it. And frankly, I do not believe anyone is entitled to what wealth I toiled and sacrificed for. I pay all taxes required and yes
I take every advantage of the existing tax code to minimize my taxes. Too much of those so-called freebies which have grown the past 8 years is a disincentive to provide for one’s own lifestyle. Like the old saying goes eventually you will run out of soneone else’s money. Sure there are persons incapable of providing for themselves and government and charities does take up the void, but there are lots and lots of those that are doable but freeload and are overly dependent on government. That is a fundamental difference between democrats and republicans. Government dependency versus self reliance. Both are self perpetuating – so take your pick.
Another old saying, you cannot tax your way to prosperity, but that is heresy to democrats.
As far as minimum wage goes, I am opposed to raising MW especially to $15/hr as this alters the dynamics of supply and demand and often forgotten is the cascade effect in which someone already making the current MW will have their labor devalued unless they get a commensurate increase in wages. That cascade effect goes up the wage ladder. All this has to have consequences to the business owner in terms of increased SS and Medicare outlays and possible state assessments. Businesses operate to make a profit and likely have a target profit margin.
If they elect to not eat the additional costs without increased sales, they have various options. They could reduce hours, reduce head count, raise prices which could affect demand especially for elastic goods like fast foods, or possibly go out of business if they cannot meet their profit margin goal. Consequences matter!
You obviously have not been listening to Trump’s platform to encourage growth in GDP and many of the successful business persons he bought to his cabinet have real backgrounds of success, compared with the liberal academicians Obama infested his cabinet with.
I think the problem with many democrats is that they are afraid Trump might actually be successful. And that would really be painful for those that are overly dependent on government.
There is always going to be a gap in income, but if you get obsessed about it without making an effort to move upward that is modus operandi of a low achiever. Expecting the gap to remain without changing policy is doomed for failure. So why not give Trump a chance to see what he can do about. It is a four year experiment like the last eight year one that certainly has made matters worse.
I do not know what you mean by new capitalism. If I am not mistaken, Trump has proposed changes in tax code which the democrats seen as increased taxes which has caused flight of jobs overseas, but the GOP wants simpler and lower corporate taxes to incentivize domestic growth.
Trump like all business owners are out to make profits and fully take advantage if the tax code. Contrary to what many liberals think is that businesses are not started to employ people. They desire to have minimum costs to generate revenues and profits. They are started to provide goods and services and the better they are at it the greater chance more employees will be hired to grow the business. For profit businesses are not established to help people except to provide needed goods and services. But many do provide charitable contributions.
You and I obviously have a far different view of the world.
Hypocrite$#%&!@*!
Pathetic
That’s what Obama did
