There is a new and pervasive evil invading cities and towns across the nation. In many communities it looms far more important than infrastructure repair, homelessness, and major crime.
The real crisis: people are putting up tiny “take a book, leave a book” libraries. This obviously could affect real libraries that are financially strapped!

This reminds me when several years ago newspapers wanted laws against people sharing their newspapers because they were loosing revenues from the sharing.
I just can’t image a town refusing its citizens the ability to share and read books.
