David Letterman’s 33-year run on late-night television was marked by his acerbic sense of humor.

He’s grown a full beard, which coupled with his balding head, makes him look like a guy wanting to moonlight as a department store Santa Claus.

The article mistakenly begins on the faulty premise that Letterman used to be funny. I saw him as a buffoon who appealed mainly to pathetic misfits. Tried to watch him but gave up after a handful of attempts. He appears to have become a miserable, hateful old man….a perfect fit for a hateful, miserable old leftist phony.
