At one time our justice system held to the time-honored tradition of using case law to discover the truth. Or how to apply the law to new cases. Liberal justices have long since abandoned that in favor pushing political agendas by twisting judicial precedents.
In other words, everything is in play. Everything is relative, meaning judges can “discover” whatever new and exciting truths they wish. These are not truths at all, but policy statements couched as judicial decisions and opinions.
It's a terrible perversion of our justice system, and it's one we will have to endure until these liberal federal judges who have lifetime appointments either retire or pass on. And that's assuming we have a conservative president who will appoint replacements who have respect for the Constitution and the law as opposed to acting like unelected legislators.
