Kobach: “Voter Fraud Stole Election from Ayotte in New Hampshire”

The Trump Election Integrity Commission marches on, despite a strong opposition from both Democrats and Republicans alike throughout the states that they have visited.

TRUMP ELECTION INTEGRITY COMMISSION (2017)

The Fake News Industrial Complex (FNIC) has attempted to paint this commission in colors that would intimate that they are crooked, looking for ways to compile an enemies list and then exploit such lists to punish said enemies.  Now, if we’re going to be fair, we can state pretty categorically that Trump’s enemies list (politically, that is) is just about everybody but his base, right?

The FNIC has been stating that, in state after state, the secretaries of state have been denying access to the commission to collect data for one reason or another, all related to the security and safety of the voters and their political bent, as well as their personal data.  They would have you believe that the commission members are routing through voter rolls and specifically looking for peoples’ names who voted for Hillary.  They are then taking that list directly to Trump who will then call his attack dogs to punish them for their insolence.

First off, Trump has no attack dogs capable of that type of task simply because the entire Deep State of the intelligence community is anti-Trump and would love nothing more than to expose him for even suggesting that type of behavior.  Second, we’re to ignore the fact that a very small minority of the states’ secretaries have refused to provide the requested information for the commission.

Some were denying information such as Social Security Numbers, others were denying information such as home addresses or telephone numbers, all under the auspices of security.  What the FNIC will not be telling its viewing public anytime soon is that the commission has fully accepted not receiving those SSNs or home addresses and telephone numbers because they aren’t necessarily vital to what their job entails, and that is to prove that someone was eligible to vote in the last election.  Pretty simple.

Kris Kobach, the Vice Chairman of this commission, has been hard at work for months battling unwieldy volumes of information, poor accounting and storage methods for documentation, and unwilling or unhelpful government workers either too lazy or too partisan to assist them in any substantive way.  Regardless, they have compiled lists of statistics wherever they’ve traveled and the report which is due to be compiled and published in toto by 2018 will be as complete and revealing a report of this type and magnitude as has ever been attempted by any administration.

THE ONGOING SAGA OF KELLY AYOTTE AND VOTER FRAUD

Recently, in an op-ed for Breitbart, he opined about the recent debacle that unfolded in New Hampshire where an upstart Democrat defeated a strong incumbent Republican in the race for US Senator.

New Hampshire is one of fifteen states that allow same-day voter registration. The benefit of same-day registration is that it allows a person who has procrastinated or has forgotten to register to nonetheless cast a ballot on election day. The downside of same-day registration is that it does not allow the state time to assess the eligibility of the voter. A volunteer poll worker simply accepts a modicum of identification and takes the voter at his word that he’s a U.S. citizen resident of the state who is eligible to vote.
New Hampshire is also a battleground state. Unlike neighboring Massachusetts and Vermont, which reliably vote for the Democrat in presidential elections, New Hampshire can swing either way. It has long been reported, anecdotally, that out-of-staters take advantage of New Hampshire’s same-day registration and head to the Granite State to cast fraudulent votes.

Now there’s proof.

According to statistics released by the Speaker of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, on the date of the general election in November 2016, there were 6,540 same-day registrants who registered to vote in New Hampshire using an out-of-state driver’s license to prove their identity. In and of itself, that doesn’t prove that any fraud occurred – theoretically, each of those individuals could have been someone who recently moved to the State and had not yet had time to get a New Hampshire driver’s license. According to New Hampshire law, a new resident has 60 days to obtain a New Hampshire driver’s license.

5,513 [the number of voters who ended up not obtaining a new driver’s license after voting] is a big number – more than enough to swing two very important elections. The closest major election was the contest between incumbent Republican U.S. Senator Kelly Ayotte and challenger Maggie Hassan (D). Hassan won the election by a razor-thin margin of 1,017 votes. Those 5,313 fraudulent votes were more than enough to swing the election. If 59.2 percent or more of them went for Hassan, then the election was stolen through voter fraud. That’s likely, since the surrounding states are Democrat strongholds.

And that is already having consequences for the nation. If the 52-48 Republican-Democrat balance in the Senate were 53-47, it could change the balance in any number of votes – not the least of which would be the effort to repeal Obamacare.

It’s also possible that New Hampshire’s four electoral college votes were swung to Hillary Clinton through illegal voting by nonresidents. Clinton won New Hampshire by only 2,732 votes. If 74.8 percent of the 5,513 fraudulent votes were cast for Clinton, then the presidential election in New Hampshire was tipped as well.

If the presidential contest had been closer and had come down to a margin of three or four electoral college votes, then this voter fraud might have had extraordinary consequences.

But the mainstream media will tell us, “Move along, there’s nothing to see here.” Voter fraud virtually never occurs.

First things first:  If this level of fraud occurred in New Hampshire, it occurred in other states around the Union.  Isn’t it interesting that the fraud that occurs on a regular basis prior and following every single election involves the Party of the Jackass?  It may be even more interesting to note that the only party that insists there is nothing to see here is the very same party.

Secondly, if the votes were fraudulent, they need to be “officially” recounted.  If they are not, why even mention the outcome as having been fraudulent, particularly if there’s evidence.  By not investigating, it is the equivalent of saying that an unsolved murder (cold case) was most likely committed by the boyfriend, but since the murder is already committed, we’ll just leave it at that.  Nothing to see here.

Doesn’t make sense…

Third, and perhaps most compelling, Kobach’s insistence that Kelly Ayotte’s reelection may have turned the tide on some of the important votes in Congress.  Take this quote here:  “If the 52-48 Republican-Democrat balance in the Senate were 53-47, it could change the balance in any number of votes – not the least of which would be the effort to repeal Obamacare.”

THE CASE AGAINST AYOTTE BEING A VICTIM OF VOTER FRAUD

From my estimation of Senator Ayotte, her having been present would most definitely have kept the score at 52-48, except that now, Trump would be even more embarrassed by the fact that yet another RINO would have voted against the Obamacare repeal!  For a moment, let’s remember who we’re talking about here.  This is Senator Kelly Ayotte!  A woman who outright refused to endorse Trump after he won the nomination.

Let’s not forget her very well-timed jumping on the FNIC bandwagon when it came to being “appalled” at Trump’s remarks about the Khan family…parents of the slain Muslim-American soldier.  It was her moment to tell the truth and combat the FNIC over their lies and half-truths…

YET she decided that Trump was a great big target to poke fun at in order to win her precious election in New Hampshire.

Then there was the famous “p*ssy grabbing” comment that came to light from way back in 2005 on audio that the FNIC dug up out of the vaults, blew dust off of it, scraped off the mold, jimmied open the case from all the corrosion and rust, and refurbished the tape itself because of the poor quality of it being in a basement somewhere on West 44th Street in Manhattan.  Ayotte pushed over a couple of old ladies in her rush to get to the microphones on that one and the Huffington Post was more than ecstatic to report it:

“I wanted to be able to support my party’s nominee, chosen by the people, because I feel strongly that we need a change in direction for our country,” Ayotte said Saturday in a statement. “However, I’m a mom and an American first, and I cannot and will not support a candidate for president who brags about degrading and assaulting women.”

Ayotte added that she won’t vote for Trump or Hillary Clinton, but will instead write in Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, Trump’s running mate, an apparent attempt to split the difference with Trump supporters.

I would like to take a quick look at this wonder of modern Conservative woman who practically saved all Conservative kind with her heroics and amazing selflessness.  According to the Madison Project, in the last 114th Congress, she voted:

  1. To fully fund Executive Amnesty
  2. For Same-Sex Benefits
  3. To undermine Religious Liberties
  4. To reauthorize No Child Left Behind
  5. To renew funding for the Export-Import Bank
  6. Against the First Amendment Defense Act

Her latest foray into the art of run as a conservative, govern as a liberal, has been to serve as the GOP Establishment’s hatchet man (woman) against Senator Ted Cruz’s efforts to defund Planned Parenthood through the Continuing Resolution process.

Let’s establish the pattern for the Ayotte types. It generally starts with, “There is no one more pro-life than I am (no one!!). I support investigating Planned Parenthood. I voted for the stand alone bill to defund Planned Parenthood.”

Then there is the inevitable “but” thrown in there.

Ayotte’s, predictably, is: we just don’t have the votes because we don’t have the White House. If you think you’ve heard this line before, see Mitch McConnell.

Backing up the first excuse is the alarmist: we can’t shut down the government over this!

Quick question for Senator Ayotte-how pro-life are you that you would surrender before the fight to save hundreds of thousands of babies begins?

But here is where the ignorance of Senator Ayotte shines through.

There is no such thing as a government shutdown. Slowdown, yes. Shutdown, no.

So…after all of this, I ask the very simple question to both Kris Kobach and you fine readers of Truth and Action:  Is it possible that voter fraud (even though it undeniably exists and was a factor in this election) was not the primary cause of Kelly Ayotte’s loss, but maybe…just maybe…she was the victim of her own tongue and being a closet NeverTrumper?

CONCLUSION

Whatever the answer, let’s not forget that voter fraud is the true, underlying matter here and it is incredibly more important than ever before to get it right while we still have the numbers in Congress…even without the illustrious Kelly Ayotte present.
